This in turn makes circulation easier and increases blood flow to the limbs. Add to this the rinsing and cleansing effect of practicing in a heated room, and you have everything you need.

SUP Yoga

SUP Yoga is a fusion of yoga and stand up paddle boarding where you are able to bring your practice on the water and under the sun. Yoga classes on the water challenge your core strength, balance skills and help center your focus.

Trauma Sensitive Yoga

A trauma-sensitive yoga practice can increase connection with the breath, enabling the brain to become less aroused, and relaxation to begin. Yoga can rebuild connections with both the insula and prefrontal cortex, strengthening the mind-body connection. The practice can help a student to regain their sense of control and ownership over their own body and their own experience.

Private Yoga

A private yoga lesson is a wonderful opportunity to explore more deeply and translate the language of your own physical body. Private lessons can be one of the best ways to design a yoga practice that suits your body and provide a setting in which your individuality can be completely addressed rather than trying to “fit in” to a yoga class.

Yoga postures and breathing techniques are selectively chosen to meet your specific needs. Yoga at its depth is intensely personal. Learning and practicing postures and breathing exercises at your own pace and within your own range is the most effective way to realize the benefits of yoga. Attentively guided by verbal instruction, demonstration, and hands-on direction, you will explore yoga in a way that is practical and beneficial. True strength, endurance, and range of motion are developed incrementally and gradually, not by force. Through an approach that is gradual and gentle, experience how the subtle power of yoga works with all aspects of your being – physical, psychological, and spiritual. Did you know

I love to be outside. Whenever I can, I try to bring my yoga from the studio to the outside world, whether it is in a park, a football stadium, the office or my Stand Up Paddle Board. This is how I keep yoga fresh and alive within me. I love to share this aspect with others, possibility. accessibility. flexibility is how I live my life and inspire my students to to step out of their comfort zones to do the same.
